About Edge Signal Weekly

Edge Signal Weekly is a small independent newsletter for engineers working on cellular networks, communication systems, and AI deployment at the network edge. We publish one issue every Tuesday — usually one long-form article and three short notes.

Started in late 2024 by a handful of telecom and ML practitioners working in the eastern Mediterranean, we cover the unglamorous middle of the field: ORAN deployments that actually shipped, edge-LLM packaging for offline radio kits, the hard parts of spectrum planning in dense urban cores, delay-tolerant networking in places where the wire isn't always there.
